Principal Associate

Eurofins IT Solutions India Pvt Ltd (EITSI) in Bengaluru, India, is seeking a talented Service Desk Engineer to join its IT Infrastructure Support Team for Environment Testing Europe. This role involves supporting daily operations and project workloads, including the design and implementation of new infrastructure. You will be responsible for maintaining segregated IT User Zones, Application Availability Groups servers, end-user device management, and cloud infrastructures. Collaboration with various IT Support and Delivery Teams across a multicultural environment is essential. This position requires strong skills in Microsoft Server & Client OS, Azure, SCCM, and Intune.

Key responsibilities include:

• Acting as the primary contact for workplace-related queries and issues.
• Troubleshooting M365 problems (Outlook, Office, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Windows).
• Addressing Identity and Access Management queries.
• Resolving infrastructure-related problems for services provided to Environment Testing Europe.
• Triage of application-related problems to the appropriate support group.
• Registering, classifying, routing, and resolving requests according to internal processes.
• Providing 1st Level Support to end-users, identifying, troubleshooting, and escalating issues as needed.
• Managing incoming requests and escalations.
• Assisting in the creation of operational documents and instructions.
• Identifying and documenting workarounds.
• Maintaining the accuracy of Knowledge articles on the service portal.
• Identifying candidates for Service Catalogue items.
