Full Job Description
Requirements:8-10+ years of hands-on backend engineering experience building large-scale, production-grade systems in Bangalore or remote locations. Strong experience designing and building event-driven, distributed systems using technologies like Kafka, streaming platforms, and asynchronous architectures. Experience building or integrating AI-powered applications, agentic workflows, LLM-based systems, or AI infrastructure is a strong plus for this role. Solid expertise in software architecture, system design, scalability, reliability, and performance optimisation. Proficiency in Go, Python, or Rust (at least one) with experience building high-throughput backend services. Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native infrastructure. Strong understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure and modern DevOps practices. Experience working with SQL/NoSQL databases, caching technologies like Redis, and scalable data storage solutions. Familiarity with microservices, observability, monitoring, and production operations in distributed environments. Strong ownership mindset with the ability to design, build, and operate mission-critical backend platforms.
