About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Principal Engineer to lead the architecture and design of our AI/ML practice, with a specific focus on cognitive and agentic systems. You will spearhead cutting-edge solutions that drive innovation and establish industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end AI solutions, including data pipelines, model training, deployment, monitoring, and optimization.
• Develop high-level and low-level technical architecture for generative and agentic systems.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing team of data scientists and AI/ML engineers to foster collaboration and innovation.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in Generative/Agentic AI, evaluating and integrating emerging technologies.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into innovative solutions.
• Champion AI/ML best practices for secure, reliable, and ethical system deployment.

What We're Looking For

You'll need a Bachelor's degree or six+ years of work experience. This role requires twelve or more years in architecting large-scale AI/ML systems with expertise in NLP projects and LLM fine-tuning for text generation, classification, summarization, Q&A, and entity extraction.

Proven track record designing agentic solutions at scale is essential. You should be able to represent the team in leadership forums, guide teams on analyzing cognitive insights from unstructured data, and leverage skills in Python, NLP frameworks (NLTK, Spacy, Transformers), Deep Learning architectures (CNNs, RNNs, LSTMs, GANs), MLOps tools, GPU/CPU architecture for distributed computing, and telecommunications industry use cases.
