Learntastic, a rapidly expanding online education platform, is seeking an experienced PPC Specialist to join our team. This remote role focuses on driving high-quality traffic, optimizing conversions, and enhancing ROI for our diverse range of brands and accredited continuing-education courses. We are looking for a candidate with 6-7 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, specifically managing campaigns on Google Ads and Microsoft (Bing) Ads.

The ideal candidate possesses deep expertise in campaign strategy, keyword research, conversion tracking, landing page optimization, and data analysis. You will be instrumental in planning, launching, and managing paid search campaigns across Search, Performance Max, Display, and Remarketing. Responsibilities include building campaign structures aligned with business objectives, developing and testing ad copy and bidding strategies, and continuously monitoring and optimizing campaigns for ROAS, CPA, and conversion rates. A/B testing for ads, landing pages, and bidding strategies is crucial, alongside keyword expansion, negative keyword management, and search term analysis to improve quality scores.

You will analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, GA4, and ad platform reports, deriving actionable insights on traffic quality, conversion funnels, and attribution. Close collaboration with analytics and product teams will ensure tracking accuracy. Furthermore, you will partner with design and product teams to optimize landing pages for conversion, suggesting improvements to CTAs, messaging, and user flow, and identifying friction points in the user journey.

Key reporting responsibilities include preparing weekly and monthly performance reports, tracking essential metrics like ROAS, CPC, conversion rate, and revenue, and sharing insights and recommendations for scaling campaigns. This role demands strong collaboration with SEO, content, product, and analytics teams, as well as coordination with developers for tracking implementation. Support for marketing leadership in growth planning and experimentation is also expected.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 6-7 years of experience in PPC / Performance Marketing.
  • Proven hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
  • Experience managing high-budget campaigns and multiple accounts.
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Google Analytics/GA4, and Google Tag Manager.
  • Experience with conversion tracking and attribution models.
  • Strong understanding of bidding strategies and campaign automation.
  • Excellent data analysis capabilities and ability to derive actionable insights.
  • Experience with dashboards and reporting tools.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience in EdTech, Healthcare, SaaS, or eLearning industries.
