Power Platform Engineer - Ahmedabad, India

TIGI HR is seeking a skilled Power Platform Engineer with 2 to 6 years of experience to join their team in Ahmedabad, India. Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize applications using Microsoft Power Apps (Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps).
• Build and maintain automated workflows using Power Automate, including approvals, notifications, and scheduled flows.
• Create insightful dashboards and analytical reports using Power BI.
• Design and manage data models using Dataverse for robust data solutions.
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with key Microsoft technologies like Dynamics 365, SharePoint, and SQL Server, as well as third-party APIs.
• Implement and manage security roles, environment strategies, and data loss prevention (DLP) policies to ensure data security.
• Develop custom connectors and integrate REST APIs as required for advanced functionality.
• Actively participate in requirement gathering, solution design, development, testing, and deployment phases.
• Provide essential post-deployment support, troubleshoot issues, and optimize application performance.
• Adhere to Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) best practices, utilizing Dev/Test/Prod environments and CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifications

• 2 to 6 years of hands-on experience with the Microsoft Power Platform.

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Proven experience working with Dataverse, SharePoint Lists, SQL Server, and Azure SQL.
• Solid understanding of Power Platform security, licensing, and governance principles.
• Hands-on experience with integrations using REST APIs and JSON data formats.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure services; Azure Functions and Logic Apps experience is a significant plus.
• Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), ALM, and experience with source control tools like Azure DevOps or Git.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Power Pages for creating external-facing websites.
• Exposure to Robotic Process Automation (RPA) using Power Automate Desktop.
• Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for advanced customizations.
• Experience in enterprise domains such as Retail, Finance, Insurance, or Healthcare is advantageous.
• Relevant Microsoft Power Platform certifications (PL-100, PL-200, PL-400 preferred).
