Role: Power Platform Developer

About the Role:

• Experience Required: 4+ years delivering Power Platform / Dynamics 365 CE in production environments.
• Location: Noida, India (Remote options may be available upon discussion).

What You'll Build

• Dataverse Architecture: Design the model for three apps (~50 tables), implementing effective-dated configuration, auditing, and robust security design including roles, business units, teams, and column-level security profiles.
• Model-Driven Apps: Develop with business process flows for record lifecycles, editable grids, command-bar actions, and role-based navigation systems.
• Canvas & Custom Pages: Build multi-step intake wizards, pickers, calculation workbenches using Power Fx on a shared component library in Power Apps.
• Power Automate Flows: Create approval chains driven by configurable matrices with SLA timers, escalation logic, delegation features, Teams/Outlook notifications, PDF generation, and connectors featuring retry mechanisms and dead-letter logging.
• C# Plug-ins & APIs: Develop server-side engines for routing, validation, reference-code generation, incentive calculation (with logs), and segregation-of-duties checks.
• Integrations: Connect CRM systems (read-only intake), contract/operations systems, and FX/CPI feeds; manage one-off data migrations.

Tech Stack & Requirements

Mandatory Skills:

• Dataverse Expertise: Deep knowledge of data modelling, security roles, column security profiles, auditing, and Web API development.
• App Development: Proficiency in Model-driven and canvas/custom-page development using Power Fx; experience with component libraries.
• Automation: Advanced Power Automate skills including approvals, custom connectors (OAuth), and robust error handling/logging strategies.
• C# / .NET Plug-ins: Experience writing plug-ins—registration, early-bound types—and conducting unit testing.
• Solution ALM: Strong background in managed solutions, environment variables, connection references, CI/CD pipelines (pac CLI).

Nice to Have Skills:

• PCF controls development using TypeScript and React
• Dataflows and migration tooling experience
• Domain knowledge in approval workflows, pricing logic, or commission systems
• CMS/CRM integration patterns
