Role Overview

Longfinch Technologies is seeking an experienced Power Automate Engineer/Developer based in India to architect and implement scalable business process automation solutions. The successful candidate will leverage the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem to enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain complex automated workflows using Power Automate.
• Engage with stakeholders to translate business requirements into high-performance technical solutions.
• Monitor, optimize, and troubleshoot existing automation infrastructure.
• Conduct rigorous testing and validation protocols to ensure system reliability.
• Maintain comprehensive process documentation and develop user training manuals.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5-8 years of hands-on experience in Power Automate and related automation technologies.
• Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power BI.
• Expertise in API integration methods and Microsoft 365/SharePoint ecosystems.
• Knowledge of C# or JavaScript is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving capabilities.
