Join Sopra Steria in Noida, India, as a Power Apps Senior Software Engineer and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of digital solutions. This position focuses on designing, building, and operating robust solutions within the Microsoft Power Platform, including the creation of insightful dashboards and reporting tools. You will empower leadership with data-driven insights to guide key organizational initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop complex, scalable Canvas and Model-driven Power Apps to streamline business processes.
- Create and customize Power Automate flows for effective process automation.
- Integrate Power Apps solutions with essential platforms like SharePoint, Dynamics 365, Azure services, and other external systems.
- Build and maintain high-quality Power BI dashboards and reports, providing expert recommendations for impactful data visualizations.
- Design and develop MS Forms surveys to gather critical data.
- Ensure the integrity, consistency, and traceability of data across various sources.
Experience and Technical Skills:
- A minimum of 2-4 years of overall professional experience, with at least 2 years of hands-on development using Microsoft Power Platform (Canvas & Model-driven), SharePoint Online, and related M365 workloads.
- Proven experience in connecting Power Apps with diverse data sources including Dataverse, SharePoint, and SQL.
- Demonstrated experience in designing and developing custom components for Power Apps using the PowerApps Component Framework.
- In-depth knowledge and practical experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI integration projects.
- Expertise in Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, Power Automate, AI Builder, and Dataverse.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Teams Integration, and Dynamics 365.
- Familiarity with Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) in the Power Platform using tools such as Git, Azure DevOps, or Power Platform Build Tools.
- Basic knowledge of PowerShell scripting for administrative and deployment tasks.
- Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- PL900 & PL400 certifications are mandatory.
- Desirable skills include proficiency in HTML, CSS, any programming/scripting language (C#, JavaScript, Node.js, Python), AI, and Visual Studio.
Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field is preferred. Equivalent professional experience will be considered.
