Power Apps Developer
Full Job Description
Scoutit is seeking skilled Power Apps Developers to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential technical support for Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate, addressing customer inquiries via phone, chat, email, and screensharing. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting and resolving application and platform-related technical issues, operating within a 24x7 rotational shift environment to support global customers across APAC, EMEA, and Americas time zones. You will ensure timely issue resolution, adhere to support processes for high-quality service delivery, and collaborate with internal teams for complex problem-solving. Maintaining detailed documentation of issues and their solutions is also a key part of this role.
