Join EY in Bengaluru, India as a Supervising Associate Compliance Engineer within the Information Security Portfolio Compliance Enablement function. In this crucial role, you will integrate engineering principles with compliance standards to support secure digital services. You will enhance risk management practices, collaborate with business teams, and ensure technology solutions meet stringent Information Security policies and regulatory requirements. Your expertise will be vital in protecting EY and client information assets within a global team of over 1000 professionals.

Key Responsibilities include developing and implementing technical solutions aligned with compliance strategies, leading engineering projects to improve EY's risk posture, translating technical vulnerabilities into business risk terms, enhancing compliance assessment toolkits, conducting technical assessments for infrastructure and applications, and mentoring compliance specialists.

We are looking for individuals with a strong engineering background in Information Security, excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, and effective communication abilities. A minimum of 5 years of experience in Cyber Security, Information Security, or a related engineering field is required. A degree in Engineering, Cyber Security, Computer Science, or a related discipline is essential. Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are desirable. Familiarity with information security standards (ISO 27001/27002, NIST, PCI DSS) and regulatory requirements (PCI, SOX, HIPAA, GDPR) from an engineering perspective is crucial. Experience with GRC platforms and engineering tools is a plus.
