Pod Lead Engineer

We are seeking a Pod Lead Engineer - AI - Native Software Engineering specialist for our Bangalore office. As the hands-on lead of a small delivery pod, you will combine deep technical contribution with leadership to enable faster software delivery through AI-assisted SDLC practices.

You will operate within an AI-native model where tools and agents accelerate requirements, design, coding, testing, and release readiness while maintaining strict security and compliance standards. You are expected to build software alongside the team, embed AI techniques across all development stages, act as the technical authority for architecture decisions, and coach engineers in modern, AI-centric working patterns.

Requirements include strong fundamentals in API design (REST), data modeling, CI/CD, secure coding, and reliability. You must have proven expertise in Java or Python along with UI/backend technologies such as React, Flutter, PostgreSQL, Neptune DB, and AWS cloud environments. Practical experience leading small delivery squads is essential.

Nice to haves include exposure to agentic delivery models and governance practices supporting quality assurance.
