Full Job Description

We are seeking a Project Management Office (PMO) professional to join our team in Pune, Maharashtra. This role involves managing key operational and financial support functions essential for project success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes for new hires, ensuring timely completion of access, compliance, and documentation.
  • Oversee client account credential setup and access management, ensuring adherence to security and governance standards.
  • Prepare and analyze Accruals and Actuals reports, leveraging knowledge of Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) processes.
  • Support pricing and project creation within internal financial and project management systems.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders for the creation, review, and approval of Statements of Work (SOWs) and Change Requests (CRs).
  • Maintain and manage account-level distribution lists for effective communication.
  • Create, update, and maintain internal process documentation for accuracy, compliance, and knowledge continuity.
  • Develop and maintain Excel-based management reports for operational and financial insights for teams and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and communicate with leadership for ad-hoc and recurring management reporting.
  • Support audit preparation, coordination, and remediation activities, ensuring timely closure of observations.
  • Maintain regular communication with associates, Team Leads, Project Managers, and Program Managers via email and calls.
  • Collate, validate, and submit timesheet data for invoice processing by the Finance team.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional internal teams to ensure smooth account operations and issue resolution.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong collaboration and problem-solving mindset.
  • Knowledge of PMP principles is an advantage.
