Program Manager - Agile Environment

Join a leading client as a Program Manager in Pune or Bangalore, bringing 9 to 16 years of extensive experience. This role requires a strong foundation in project management, with a preference for candidates who have thrived in Agile environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Executive Directors, Fleet Delivery Lead, and Scrum Masters on critical project aspects, including tracking, budgeting, resource allocation, and effort management.
• Address and complete ad-hoc requests from senior leadership promptly.
• Contribute to monthly portfolio reviews, providing insights into program status and financial performance.
• Develop and propose process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Lead client stakeholder and Project Manager meetings for effective project tracking and ensure timely status reporting.
• Generate frequent reports to ensure accurate forecasting of internal and external resources against project work efforts and budgets.

Job Requirements:

• A Bachelor's Degree and/or MBA is preferred.
• Project management certifications such as PMP or Prince2 are desirable.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including MS Teams, Macros, and SharePoint.
• Knowledge of PowerBI and Tableau is preferred.
• Exceptional communication skills are essential for interacting with leadership teams.
• Very strong analytical capabilities to gather, synthesize information, and effectively summarize issues.
• Demonstrated ability to independently identify issues, analyze potential resolutions, and recommend corrective actions.
