Playwright QA Engineer
About the Role:We are seeking an experienced Test Engineer (6-10 years) to enhance our enterprise-wide Credit platform. You will collaborate with business and technology experts in a fast-paced, agile environment within a diverse, geographically distributed team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build automated test frameworks using Playwright and Selenium for UI applications.
- Develop and execute comprehensive unit, integration, and performance tests.
- Leverage AI tools (e.g., Claude, CoPilot) to accelerate automation testing planning, execution, and maintenance.
- Perform API testing with Postman/RestAssured and performance testing using JMeter/LoadRunner.
- Manage cloud-based testing environments on AWS and analyze system metrics via Grafana/Splunk.
Tech Stack:
- Languages: Python, Java, JavaScript
- Versions/CI/CD: Git, Bamboo
- Automation Tools: Playwright, Selenium, Postman, RestAssured, JMeter, LoadRunner
- Cloud/Monitoring: AWS, Grafana, Splunk
Requirements:
- Strong programming proficiency and framework design skills.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Bamboo) and Extreme Programming principles (TDD, pair programming).
- Proven ability to lead testing initiatives, manage stakeholders, and communicate effectively.
