Quess Corp Limited is seeking a dynamic Platform Solution Analyst to join their innovative Platform Solutions (PS) team in Bengaluru. This role is pivotal in developing and delivering cutting-edge, customer-centric financial products that merge advanced technology with the robust capabilities of a major banking institution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the seamless operation and administration of various financial platforms.
• Support key business areas including Transaction Banking, Enterprise Partnerships, Merchant Point-of-Sale Lending, and ETF Accelerator.
• Monitor platform performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and implement enhancements to boost user experience and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate effectively with engineering, risk management, and business teams to drive continuous improvements and maintain regulatory compliance.
• Apply strong analytical and detail-oriented skills to proactively identify and resolve platform-related challenges.
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders and maintain comprehensive documentation of processes.
• Contribute to fraud detection and transaction monitoring efforts to safeguard clients and the business.
• Utilize technical tools like MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Embrace adaptability and teamwork in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Candidate Profile:

• Approximately 2 years of experience in platform administration or a related field.
