Platform Engineer

We are seeking a Platform Engineer (Fully Remote) for a prestigious client in Switzerland (CH) within the Consumer Goods/Food & Beverage sector. This is a specialized role focusing on SAP Signavio Administration, including platform operations, access management, governance, incident management, and integrations. Ideal candidates must have 4+ years of hands-on experience in IT operations, platform engineering, or application support, with proven SAP Signavio expertise in Process Management & Governance (PM&G) and Process Intelligence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer SAP Signavio, managing access (Azure AD/SAML), SSO, and user provisioning.
• Oversee incident management, service requests, and platform changes following ITIL best practices.
• Support process mining operations, integrations (Celonis/Snowflake), and automation using SQL and Python.
• Create and maintain runbooks, SOPs, and operational documentation.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years in IT operations, platform engineering, or related field.
• Strong SAP Signavio administration experience (PM&G/Process Intelligence).
• Familiarity with Azure AD, SSO, SAML, and ITSM solutions (e.g., ServiceNow).
• Experience with Snowflake, Celonis, and modern data integrations.
• ITIL v4 Foundation certification and/or SAP Signavio certification preferred.
