Your Impact
Work closely with state-of-the-art AI models on programming tasks such as:
- Solving challenging coding problems used for system training
- Building functional applications
- Analyzing data to synthesize critical insights
The Process
To get started, once you sign up for an account, take a short assessment (this serves as our interview). Upon passing the assessment and receiving email confirmation, paid work becomes available through our platform. You can fit this alongside your full-time role or treat it as your primary focus.

Your Responsibilities
- Design and solve diverse coding problems to train AI systems
- Write clear, high-quality code snippets and detailed explanations
- Evaluate AI-generated code for accuracy, performance, and clarity
- Provide feedback that directly shapes the next generation of AI models
Qualifications Required
- Native or bilingual fluency in English with excellent writing skills
- Proficiency in at least one language/framework: JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C/C++, Java, Go, Kotlin, Swift, React, etc.
- Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress)
- Preferred experience as a Software Developer, Coder, Engineer, or Programmer
