PI Engineer

Alstom is seeking a skilled PI Engineer to join its dynamic team in Delhi. This permanent role involves diagnosing equipment malfunctions, recommending preventative and corrective actions, and defining troubleshooting methodologies to support technicians in repairs. The successful candidate will drive reliability growth, contain failures, and manage as-maintained product configuration and documentation. Responsibilities include engaging in technical reviews with stakeholders and ensuring compliance with Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) rules, as well as supporting audits. A degree in Engineering or equivalent professional experience is required, along with experience or understanding of mechanical or electrical/electronic engineering principles. Knowledge of railway safety, Reliability, Availability, and Maintainability (RAM), and EHS principles is essential. Familiarity with product knowledge and data analytics, along with a certification in internal EHS training, is highly advantageous. Strong problem-solving skills and quality management experience are crucial, as is effective communication for customer interactions.
