About the Role

Marconix Sales Solutions is seeking a highly skilled WordPress Developer with 2-3 years of experience to design, develop, and manage high-performing websites. If you are passionate about WordPress development, UI/UX design, and website optimization, this role is for you. You will collaborate closely with our marketing and business teams to build websites that drive lead generation, conversions, and brand impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain WordPress websites (custom & theme-based).
• Design responsive and user-friendly web pages using Elementor, WPBakery, or Gutenberg.
• Customize themes and plugins to meet business requirements.
• Optimize websites for speed, SEO, and overall performance.
• Ensure website security, manage backups, and perform regular updates.
• Integrate third-party tools, APIs, and CRM systems.
• Troubleshoot bugs and enhance the overall website user experience.

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in WordPress Development.
• Hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
• Experience with Elementor, WooCommerce, and custom theme development.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and website optimization techniques.
• Familiarity with responsive design and mobile-first development principles.
• Understanding of website speed optimization tools like GTmetrix and PageSpeed.
• Experience in plugin development or customization is a plus.
