PHP Developer Position at MSC Technology
MSC Technology is seeking enthusiastic PHP professionals with 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in PHP and front-end development. This is an excellent opportunity to join our team.
Key Responsibilities and Skills:
- Strong experience in PHP 7/8, Core PHP, and OOPS concepts is mandatory.
- Proficiency in developing Web APIs and RESTful APIs.
- Hands-on experience with front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
- Solid understanding of SQL/MySQL.
- Experience with full-stack web development is mandatory.
- Knowledge of Design Patterns is mandatory.
- Proficient knowledge of OAuth2 and JWT Authentication.
- Hands-on experience in microservices architecture using REST APIs is mandatory.
- Adequate knowledge of Bootstrap for responsive design.
- Exposure to modern PHP frameworks with a strong understanding of MVC architecture is preferred.
- Experience in implementing Google Maps APIs for geolocation and mapping features is a plus.
- Working knowledge of Composer for dependency management and package handling is preferred.
- Experience using PHPUnit for writing and executing unit tests is preferred.
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft SQL or MySQL is mandatory.
- Proficient in Git version control with practical experience using Git commands is preferred.
- Proficient with CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps is preferred.
- Experience in Agile methodologies is preferred.
- Knowledge of Playwright is mandatory.
- C#/.NET Web API and Azure cloud services are preferred.
Qualifications:
- Candidates should have an Engineering & IT background with a BE/B.Tech/BCA/MCA degree.

- Job Location: Ambattur Industrial Estate, Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
- Mode of Work: Work from office.
- Job Role: Permanent position.
