PHP Developer

Role Overview

Techie Wiz is seeking a skilled PHP Developer proficient in both backend and frontend development. You will build, maintain, and optimize web applications using PHP, MySQL, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, JavaScript, and REST APIs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop responsive user interfaces with modern tools like Bootstrap and jQuery.
• Create and integrate secure RESTful APIs for data exchange between systems.
• Design, manage, and optimize MySQL databases to ensure performance and scalability.
• Troubleshoot bugs, implement new features based on business requirements, and maintain existing applications.
• Ensure security best practices in authentication, authorization, and session management.

Required Skills:

• Strong proficiency in PHP, MySQL/SQL, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX.
• Familiarity with Git version control systems.
• Understanding of CRUD operations and database-driven application architectures.
• Able to work independently or within a team environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience integrating third-party services (payment gateways, SMS/Email APIs).
• Familiarity with server hosting environments like cPanel and Lightsail.
• Knowledge of PHP frameworks such as Laravel or CodeIgniter.
