PHP Backend Developer

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced PHP Backend Developer to join our growing tech team in Jaipur, Maharashtra. In this role, you will be instrumental in maintaining critical NPO web applications while ensuring optimal performance for end-users across Mumbai and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze complex business requirements to design robust system architectures and implement scalable features.
• Maintain high-performance MySQL/Oracle databases, performing routine checks and troubleshooting to ensure data accuracy in reports.
• Leverage your expertise with the LAMP stack (Linux/Apache/Mysql/PHP) or similar environments like XAMPP for development.
• Generate automated PDF reports, manage server-side operations via Apache/Nginx, and handle FTP transfers using tools like FileZilla.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver diverse projects that make a real market impact.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is required.
• Strong proficiency in Core PHP and database management (MySQL/Oracle).
• Familiarity with web server configurations, HTML/CSS/JavaScript fundamentals, and phpMyAdmin.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail and strong communication abilities.
