About Us

We are seeking a skilled Phlebotomist/Health Care Assistant to join our dynamic team in the PCMC area. This role is ideal for compassionate professionals with strong venepuncture skills who want to make healthcare accessible.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for collecting blood samples from patients at their homes and during community health camps organized in residential societies and corporate offices across Pimpri-Chinchwad (PCMC).

Key Responsibilities

• Blood Sample Collection: Perform professional venepunctures following strict protocols during home visits.
• Home Visits: Travel to patients' residences for timely and convenient sample collection.
• Health Camps: Actively participate in blood test camps at various locations including societies and offices.
• Equipment Management: Ensure all kits, needles, tubes, PPE, and supplies are properly maintained and stocked.
• Patient Care: Explain procedures to patients, address concerns, and ensure a comfortable experience.
• Sample Handling: Adhere to proper labelling, storage, preservation, and transportation guidelines to maintain integrity.
• Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate records and strictly follow infection control and biomedical waste disposal standards.
• Time Management: Complete assigned duties efficiently while maintaining punctuality.

Qualifications

• Certificate or Diploma in Phlebotomy, MLT/DMLT preferred.
• Experience: 3-5 years (Entry Level candidates may apply if skilled).
• Prior home collection experience is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of venepuncture and infection control protocols.

Schedule & Benefits

Camp Days/Early Mornings: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
General Working Days: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

• Compensation: Fixed monthly salary + Performance incentives + Petrol/Travel allowance.
