About the Role

As a Virtual Assistant at Kohinoor Techno Business Solution LLP, you will be instrumental in managing and enhancing CRM systems and administrative workflows for our global nonprofit clientele. Your contributions will directly impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our clients' operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute CRM data entry, data cleansing, and ongoing data maintenance for international nonprofit organizations.
• Provide comprehensive support for documentation, report generation, email management, and database organization.
• Professionally liaise with US and global clients via email and scheduled virtual calls.
• Undertake various administrative tasks as per specific client requirements.
• Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality, quality, and timely delivery for all assigned responsibilities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in CRM data entry and familiarity with CRM management workflows.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and professional email communication.
• Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills (100% fluency is essential).
• A keen ability to understand and accurately follow instructions.
• A proactive mindset with meticulous attention to detail and a strong focus on meeting deadlines.
• Previous experience interacting with and servicing US or international clients is highly preferred.

Work Environment

• This is a mandatory night shift position, operating from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM IST.
• The role is office-based and located in Lower Parel, Mumbai.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in a Virtual Assistant, CRM Specialist, Data Analyst, or Customer Success role.
• Familiarity with the nonprofit sector is advantageous but not required.
