About the Job:
Join our dynamic team as a Performance Test Engineer at Infosys (Bengaluru/Delhi/Hyderabad), where your expertise will drive the quality and efficiency of software solutions. In this role, you'll ensure applications meet high standards of performance, scalability, and reliability for global enterprises.
You'll collaborate with talented engineers in our Bengaluru or Hyderabad delivery centers to foster innovation. If you're passionate about testing using Load Runner and JMeter within a collaborative environment, this is the perfect opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute performance test plans using industry-standard tools like LoadRunner and Apache JMeter for clients in our key Indian hubs.
- Analyze test results to identify bottlenecks and provide actionable insights for teams across India and globally.
- Collaborate with development teams to integrate performance testing into the SDLC, ensuring seamless delivery from Bengaluru/Delhi/Secunderabad locations.
- Leverage Dynatrace for monitoring and diagnostics, optimizing application performance in complex enterprise environments served by Infosys.
- Prepare detailed reports documenting test findings and recommendations for stakeholder review.
Minimum Qualifications:
- B.Tech, BCA, B.E., or BSc degree in Computer Science from recognized Indian universities.
- 2-5 years of experience in performance testing with strong proficiency in LoadRunner (10.x/9.7) and JMeter 4.x+ for client projects nationwide.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret test results, identifying issues that impact service levels agreed upon by our clients.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Dynatrace ONE or similar APM tools preferred for monitoring production environments in major Indian metros.
- Proven track record of successful performance testing in complex Java/.NET software environments typical of Infosys engagements.
- Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional agile teams across multiple delivery centers including Hyderabad, Bangalore, and Delhi-NCR regions.
- Excellent communication skills in English to articulate technical findings clearly to diverse client stakeholders.
