Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive performance tests using JMeter and LoadRunner to evaluate application scalability and reliability.
- Partner with development teams to pinpoint performance bottlenecks and recommend optimization strategies.
- Develop and implement performance test plans, scripts, and scenarios simulating real-world usage.
- Analyze test outcomes and produce detailed reports to inform strategic decisions.
- Employ Dynatrace for effective monitoring and diagnosis of application performance issues.
Requirements
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline (MTECH/ME, MSC, MCA, BCA, BSC, BTECH/BE).
- Minimum of 5 years of dedicated experience in performance testing, with a strong command of JMeter and LoadRunner.
- Proficiency in utilizing Dynatrace for advanced performance monitoring and analysis.
- Exceptional analytical abilities for identifying and resolving complex performance challenges.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects efficiently in a dynamic setting.
