About the Role: Performance Specialist
Join Dentsu, a global leader in marketing and advertising, as a Performance Specialist in our Singapore office. This role is pivotal in driving strategic performance marketing initiatives and fostering strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Strategic Performance Marketing
- Stay current with industry trends in Performance Marketing (PPC, SEO, Affiliates, Display, Social, Analytics).
- Collaborate with leadership to develop innovative products that enhance digital performance results.
- Gain a deep understanding of client business objectives and target audience behaviors, utilizing market research.
- Analyze and leverage various digital media channels, with a primary focus on Paid Social (70%), for client marketing activities.
- Develop expertise in iProspect's services and effectively communicate their value to clients.
- Educate clients on digital strategies and tactics, showcasing the power of digital communications for direct response, creative impact, and brand building.
- Serve as a trusted expert and information source for search marketing developments.
Leadership & Management
- Oversee the daily management, reporting, and optimization of client paid search campaigns, ensuring execution aligns with strategic plans through collaboration with Analysts/Executives.
- Facilitate campaign integration across iProspect disciplines (SEO, content, affiliates, display, social) and with clients' broader marketing efforts.
- Ensure adherence to internal processes and mentor team members.
- Lead day-to-day client relationships, campaign development, and project execution.
Innovation & Initiative
- Contribute creative and innovative ideas for client solutions and process improvements.
- Share insights and opinions on client businesses, internal operations, and industry trends, actively participating in agency discussions.
Client Relationships
- Cultivate strong, partnership-driven relationships to achieve client business objectives and goals.
- Understand client pressures and internal demands to ensure timely and appropriate responses from iProspect.
- Build trust and become a valued advisor on digital marketing strategies for clients.
- Demonstrate reliability, responsiveness, and integrity in all client interactions.
