Their mission is to inject speed, fairness, and transparency into a historically challenging industry, with marketing playing a pivotal role in their growth.
This role is central to performance marketing, involving end-to-end management of multi-channel campaigns across Meta and Paid Search. You will operate a structured testing roadmap, quickly derive insights, and drive continuous optimization. It's a hands-on, fast-paced, and output-driven position, ideal for individuals who excel in detail-oriented tasks while seeking significant ownership and growth opportunities.
You will collaborate closely with channel owners, creatives, analysts, and product teams to launch tests, analyze performance, scale successful initiatives, and consistently elevate campaign standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Launch, optimize, and QA high-quality campaigns across Paid Social and Paid Search platforms.
- Support a structured testing roadmap covering audiences, bidding strategies, creative elements, messaging, and placements.
- Build and refine campaign setups, tracking mechanisms, and targeting for clean, scalable execution.
- Monitor daily performance, identify emerging trends, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Ensure swift asset deployment and analyze audience resonance.
- Translate insights into iterative improvements across all channels.
