We are seeking a Performance Marketing Executive to take ownership of paid campaigns across platforms, collaborate closely with senior marketers, and deliver measurable results for our clients based in Baner, Pune (On-site).

• Plan, launch, and independently manage paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager to achieve targets for CPA, ROAS, CTR, and CPL.
• Design and execute structured testing frameworks across audiences, ad copy, creatives, and landing pages to optimize performance and scale successful strategies.
• Set up, audit, and troubleshoot conversion tracking using Google Pixel and Meta Pixel to ensure data accuracy.
• Create comprehensive media plans covering channel selection, budget distribution, and scheduling, providing strategic recommendations on scaling or cutting spend.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports, present actionable insights directly to clients, and serve as the primary point of contact for campaign queries.
• Mentor junior team members on campaign setup, optimization techniques, and reporting standards.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience independently managing paid campaigns on Google Ads or Meta Ads Manager.
• In-depth technical knowledge of Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Display) and/or Meta Ads Manager (Advantage+, custom/lookalike audiences).
• Strong media planning skills with the ability to allocate budgets effectively and justify spend decisions to clients.
• Excellent communication skills capable of presenting performance insights directly to client stakeholders.

Nice-to-Have

• Agency or multi-client experience.
• Experience developing creative strategies for performance campaigns.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Ads, Taboola, or similar channels.
• Demonstrated experience in handling direct client communication and relationship management.
