Performance Marketer | Google Ads +...

We're building a profitable D2C beauty brand and are looking for a Performance Marketer who understands Google Ads + Meta Ads to drive real business growth. You will own Search, Shopping, and Performance Max campaigns on Google, plus acquisition, retargeting, and creative testing on Meta.

Key responsibilities include optimizing ROAS, CAC, and conversion rates; managing budget allocation; turning data into fast decisions; and scaling profitable online businesses without vanity metrics.

We need someone with 2+ years of hands-on experience who is stronger in Google Ads but solid on Meta as well. D2C or e-commerce experience is a big plus.
