Stripe, a leading financial infrastructure platform for businesses, is actively seeking a dynamic People Partner to spearhead their people strategy within the Technology organization. This pivotal role involves close collaboration with senior leaders and managers to enhance user experience, foster organizational health, and maximize productivity. You will act as a strategic consultant, guiding leaders in aligning business and people strategies to optimize the user and Stripe experience. Collaborate on and drive cross-functional programs to advance Stripe's People Strategy. Leverage data and insights to inform strategic decisions regarding structure and programs, promoting organizational health and productivity. Advise and coach leaders on organizational design, change management, and key initiatives focused on efficiency, cross-functional collaboration, and decentralized decision-making. Support leaders in global talent and organizational planning, identifying critical talent and strategically planning for future business needs and ambitious goals. Champion a culture guided by our Operating Principles, continuously elevating the caliber and kindness of Stripes and fostering improved ways of working together. Support the Leadership team and the organization through its ongoing growth and evolution.
