AXA XL in Gurugram is seeking a People Data & Analytics Analyst to support the Human Resources team. This role involves analyzing workforce data, managing HR dashboarding, and generating insights to inform HR strategy and business decision-making. You will track and analyze metrics, partner with People Data and Analytics team members, HR colleagues, and business units to improve data and dashboards, and help establish HR as a data-driven function.
The Global People Data and Analytics team is responsible for providing core HR metrics, partnering with HR leaders to enhance organizational capability in data utilization, identifying trends, and influencing human capital management strategy. They set standards for data, metrics/KPIs, and reporting within HR and foster an ecosystem for People Data and Analytics. The team drives the adoption of new tools, technologies, and techniques across HR via a Community of Practice (CoP).
Key Responsibilities:
- Gain a deep understanding of HR KPIs to effectively leverage data.
- Analyze data, interpret trends, and recommend solutions based on HR KPIs.
- Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and timely updating of all reports and dashboards.
- Develop professional and visually appealing PowerPoint presentations to communicate insights.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and implement secure practices for handling sensitive HR data, adhering to data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR) and organizational policies.
- Analyze and streamline current HR dashboarding processes and product portfolio.
- Automate manual reporting tasks to improve efficiency and accuracy.
You will report to the Senior Data Engineer.
