Penetration Tester at Newt Global in Bengaluru & Hyderabad (Hybrid)

Newt Global is seeking experienced Penetration Testers to join our dynamic security team. This hybrid role, based in Bengaluru and Hyderabad, offers a fantastic opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge security initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive manual penetration testing across various domains, including web applications, mobile applications (Android/iOS), APIs/web services, network infrastructure, and thick client applications.
• Analyze application and system architectures to identify critical security weaknesses and potential attack paths.
• Validate identified vulnerabilities and meticulously eliminate false positives to ensure accuracy.
• Provide clear, actionable, and risk-based remediation recommendations to enhance security posture.
• Prepare detailed technical and executive security reports for stakeholders.
• Support ongoing security research, exploit validation, and continuous improvement of penetration testing methodologies.
• Contribute to the emerging field of AI/LLM security testing, focusing on prompt injection, data leakage, and misuse scenarios.
• Proficiently utilize industry-standard security tools such as Burp Suite, Kali Linux, Metasploit, Nmap, and Postman.
• Apply scripting and automation skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell) where necessary to streamline testing processes.

Experience Required:
