Pega Developer

Seeking an experienced Pega Developer in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, to contribute to complex design projects. This role requires expert knowledge of Pega 8/Pega 24, particularly within Pega Customer Service Applications, and a proven track record of successful project delivery. Responsibilities include managing technical implementation tasks to ensure on-time delivery, utilizing Pega 8/Pega 24 architecture, security model, and service interfaces to build robust software solutions. The ideal candidate will ensure systems are designed for change, reusability, and maintainability. This position involves providing development support and design consultation, effectively troubleshooting technical issues throughout the project lifecycle, and performing performance monitoring, tuning, and optimization. Collaboration with partner development, testing, and support teams is crucial for delivering end-to-end solutions. The role requires over 4 years of experience with Pega 7/Pega 8/Pega 24 versions, a CSSA (Certified Senior System Architect) or PEGA LSA (Lead System Architect) certification, and knowledge of Pega Smart Investigate/Customer Service/Dispute frameworks. A minimum of 4-6 years of relevant experience in Applications Development or systems analysis related to Pega is expected, along with extensive experience in system analysis and software application programming. Proven experience in managing and implementing successful projects and subject matter expertise in at least one area of Applications Development are essential. The ability to quickly adjust priorities and demonstrated leadership and project management skills are also key requirements. A Bachelor or Master of Engineering or a Master of Computer Applications degree is required.
