About the Role: Pay Per Click Executive

We are seeking a hands-on PPC Expert with 1–3 years of experience to join our remote team. This role is perfect for someone eager to own campaign results and scale performance marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, manage & optimize Google Ads (Search, PMax, Display) and Meta Ads campaigns across YouTube and Remarketing.
• Conduct deep keyword, audience, and competitor research to identify growth opportunities.
• Optimize all aspects of campaigns for CPL, CPA, ROAS, CAC & conversions.
• Monitor budgets rigorously and identify scaling opportunities while managing multiple client accounts.
• Perform A/B testing on creatives, audiences, landing pages & bidding strategies.
• Analyze search terms, keywords, and campaign performance to drive actionable insights.
• Set up conversion tracking with GA4/GTM and troubleshoot technical issues.

What We Are Looking For

We need someone who understands PPC metrics inside out. Essential qualifications include:

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience managing real advertising budgets (Must).
• Solid expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
• The ability to independently identify problems and solve campaign issues quickly.

You Will Stand Out If You Have

Experience working on Amazon Ads or LinkedIn Ads, managing multiple agency accounts, expertise in lead generation/eCommerce campaigns, Google/Meta certifications (valued but not a substitute for experience), and a proven track record of improving ROAS/revenue.
