This role is essential for ensuring the smooth and welcoming daily operations of our clinic. The successful candidate will excel at providing exceptional customer service while skillfully managing multiple tasks and various computer applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet all individuals entering the clinic.
- Schedule new patient appointments via fax or phone, coordinating with patients and physician offices.
- Verify patient insurance coverage accurately.
- Process patient payments efficiently.
- Maintain a neat and organized front office environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support clinic operations.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated excellence in customer service and communication.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a proven ability to multitask.
- Proficient time management and ability to meet deadlines.
- Capacity to handle high call volumes with a focus on providing outstanding service.
