Role Overview: We are seeking an accomplished Patent Engineer with a minimum of 15 years of patent experience, ideally gained within a law firm or a premium IP services organization. This role demands profound expertise in patent drafting and prosecution, exceptional client communication abilities, and the capacity to lead teams and manage projects autonomously. Experience in patent prosecution in the US is particularly valued.
Key Responsibilities
- Patent Drafting & Prosecution: Lead and independently draft high-quality patent applications including provisional, complete, PCT, and national phase filings.
