Partner Technology Evangelist

Acronis is seeking a dynamic Partner Technology Evangelist to join our mission of creating a #CyberFit future. In this role, you will inspire businesses and individuals by communicating and creating content around Acronis technology and philosophies. Your primary goal will be to empower and enable our partner channel to successfully adopt and integrate our platform into their practices, fostering business growth through engagement, practice, and enablement.

What You'll Do:

• Conduct comprehensive training courses for adult learners, covering sales, technical, and business topics.
• Develop deep subject matter expertise (SME) on all Acronis products, personnel, and policies.
• Accurately scope projects and estimate required timelines.
• Create engaging content and relevant assets in a fast-paced environment, including digital materials, live courses, tailored trainings, interactive labs, knowledge checks, and certification exams.
• Demonstrate a commitment to rapid learning, efficient collaboration, knowledge sharing, and flexibility in taking on new and temporary projects.
• Build confidence among stakeholders regarding Acronis technology, market position, and channel programs.
• Actively socialize Acronis topics both internally and externally.
• Maintain consistent interaction and engagement with internal and external stakeholders.
• Continuously improve performance based on feedback from internal and external resources.

What You Bring (Experience & Qualifications):

• A minimum of 8 years of professional business experience in a technical capacity, such as Sales Engineer, Project Manager, or Trainer.
• Proven ability to confidently present technical, sales, and business topics to diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook).
• A strong understanding of Adult Learning Theory, Bloom’s Taxonomy, and the ADDIE Model.
• Experience utilizing Learning Management System (LMS) platforms for digital learning delivery.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to listen, collaborate, and influence across different groups.
• A proactive approach to continuous improvement and a pride in achieving excellence.
• Versatility and adaptability in a high-growth, dynamic environment; a resourceful self-starter capable of working autonomously.
• Experience in crafting training courses for SaaS products or Security products is a plus.
• A technical background in complex selling environments is beneficial.
• Video editing skills, particularly with animation, are advantageous.
• Experience in cybersecurity is a plus.
• Fluent in English with exceptional communication skills.
• Proficiency in additional languages such as French, Portuguese, Spanish, Korean, Chinese, Bulgarian, German, Hindi, Japanese, or Italian is a plus.
