Cadenca is seeking a motivated Part-Time Full Stack Developer to contribute to an early-stage wellness product currently in stealth mode. This remote role offers flexible hours (10-20 per week) with potential for a full-time transition and future equity.

The ideal candidate will lead the development of the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) by translating UX flows into a functional mobile application for iOS and Android. Responsibilities include frontend development using Flutter (preferred) or React Native, setting up backend architecture with Firebase, Supabase, or a custom solution, integrating APIs, managing state, and collaborating closely with founders on product refinement and technical recommendations.

Key qualifications include strong experience in Flutter or React Native, backend development proficiency (Firebase, Supabase, Node.js, etc.), the ability to work independently, and a builder mindset. Experience shipping mobile apps, previous startup/freelance work, and an interest in health-tech are beneficial.
