About This Opportunity

We are recruiting for a confidential panel of developers who actively run workstation-sized AI models locally as part of their daily coding workflows. We seek software engineers, freelance developers, researchers, data scientists, founders, technical product managers, and open-source tooling builders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in surveys, interviews, and hands-on testing of new local AI models on a flexible, ongoing basis.

Requirements

• You must run workstation-sized AI models locally on personal hardware as part of regular coding work.
• You can describe at least two recent local workflows in detail, including specific models, tooling, and agent setups used.
• You are able to compare the strengths and weaknesses of at least two different local models, explaining when you would switch to a hosted frontier model.
• You are comfortable signing a restrictive NDA and discussing your experience without breaching current employer or client confidentiality.

Desired Skills

Local LLM expert, strong ability in model comparison, active developer status, and familiarity with advanced hardware setups.
