Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer

Accenture is seeking a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer to join our team in Mumbai, Maharashtra. In this role, you will be instrumental in configuring and supporting packaged or Software as a Service (SaaS) applications. Your responsibilities will include adapting application features to meet evolving business needs, managing software releases, and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the systems. You will leverage standard development tools, Application Programming Interfaces (APIs), and low-code platforms to create solutions that align with business objectives while maintaining system compatibility and optimal performance.

This role requires a collaborative approach, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that applications effectively serve user requirements and contribute to organizational goals. As a Subject Matter Expert (SME), you will be expected to guide and mentor your team, make crucial decisions, and provide solutions to complex technical challenges. You will also play a key role in facilitating knowledge sharing sessions to foster continuous learning and skill development within the team. Monitoring application performance and implementing necessary improvements will be an integral part of your duties.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Must-Have: Deep proficiency in SAP BTP Application Development.
• Good-to-Have: Experience with Node.js and React.js.
• Strong understanding of application configuration and support methodologies.
• Familiarity with low-code development platforms and their integration capabilities.
• Proven experience in managing software releases and updates.

Experience Requirement: A minimum of 5 years of experience is required. Specifically, a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in SAP BTP Application Development is essential.

Educational Requirement: A minimum of 15 years of full-time education is mandatory.
