About This Role
As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer based in Hyderabad, you will configure and support packaged or SaaS applications (specifically SAP Sales and Distribution) to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. You will use standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to align solutions with business needs while preserving compatibility and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Tailor application features according to evolving business requirements in the Hyderabad office environment.
- Manage software releases and ensure overall system stability and performance for Indian market clients.
- Utilize standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals.
- Maintain compatibility across various components within SAP environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to monitor system health in Telangana and address operational challenges integral to the workday here.
Required Skills
You must have proficiency in configuring and customizing SAP Sales and Distribution (SD). A strong understanding of sales processes within enterprise resource planning systems is essential. You should be able to integrate SAP SD with other systems using APIs, handle release management for upgrades, and troubleshoot functional issues.
