Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer - Accenture, Bengaluru
Accenture is seeking a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer to join our team in Bengaluru. This role involves configuring and supporting packaged or SaaS applications, managing releases, and ensuring system stability. You will leverage standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to align solutions with business needs while maintaining compatibility and performance. The minimum experience required is 5 years, and the educational qualification is 15 years of full-time education.
About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled engineer to support the configuration of the AttackForge application. This role focuses on bridging operational configuration with light coding to align AttackForge with the needs of the Vulnerability Management (VM) team and the current workflow of the Vulnerability Register (VR) application. You will ensure smooth setup and adaptability of workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure workflows and application settings in AttackForge based on VM team requirements.
- Design and implement application workflows, data forms, access rules, and reports for Vulnerability Management within AttackForge.
- Collaborate with the VM team and developers to translate business needs into technical configurations.
- Perform light coding using AttackForge's scripting/customization language (training and support will be provided).
- Execute scripting to update integrations with Rabobank systems.
- Troubleshoot configuration issues and ensure system stability across various environments.
- Document configuration changes and maintain version control.
Required Skills & Experience:
- General:
- DevOps knowledge (Azure DevOps, Azure pipelines, DevOps way of working).
- Basic coding/scripting and webapp skills (e.g., JavaScript, Python, or similar).
- Experience with integrations (API, JSON, OAuth).
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and ability to work independently with remote teams.
- Specific to AttackForge Configuration:
- Experience with application configuration or workflow-based platforms.
- Fast learner with the ability to quickly understand and utilize AttackForge-specific configuration languages/tools.
Nice to Have:
- Basic experience with AWS and containers.
- Prior experience with AttackForge or similar security/vulnerability management platforms.
- Experience working with Cybersecurity and Vulnerability Management.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
- Experience working with Terraform.
