About the Role

We are seeking an experienced OT Security Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our dynamic consulting practice. This role is crucial for designing and architecting robust security standards for Industrial Control Systems (ICS) networks, encompassing devices from various Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs).

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on ICS/OT security topics for the wider consulting practice.
• Design and architect security standards for ICS networks, ensuring compatibility across diverse OEM devices.
• Develop and implement security monitoring architectures tailored for ICS environments.
• Conduct penetration testing specifically on PLCs and SCADA systems.
• Create innovative niche propositions for ICS security solutions across key industries.
• Engage directly with clients to understand their unique challenges and deliver customized security solutions.
• Establish and orchestrate a dedicated test lab for simulating real-world cyber attacks and creating an engaging experience center for clients.
• Contribute strategically to the firm's overall Cybersecurity practice objectives and growth aspirations.

Required Skills and Experience

Demonstrated experience in sectors including Electricity, Oil & Gas, Water, Transport & Logistics, Chemical, Power, Nuclear, and Manufacturing.

Proven experience working collaboratively with IT security managers, Plant managers, and ICS/OT engineers.

A strong understanding of IT and OT network communication protocols such as TCP/IP, UDP, DNP3, Modbus, IEC 61850, OPC, OPC UA, PROFINET, and others.

Extensive working and implementation experience with critical security standards including IEC 62443, NIST 800-82, and NCSC/CPNI SICS Framework.
