About This Role

We are seeking a skilled OSS Support Engineer to join our Digital Networks & OSS team. You will support the operation, maintenance, optimization, and evolution of telecommunications OSS solutions. Key responsibilities include monitoring assurance platforms (Ciena, Infinera, Chronos, Infoblox Grid Master, Clavister InControl), ensuring high availability for enterprise customers, and contributing to exceptional customer experiences across Vodafone's local markets.

What You'll Do

• OSS Management: Handle configuration, implementation, change management, rollouts, and operational support including on-call activities.
• Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Perform health checks to maintain hardware/software platforms in an optimal state.
• Incident Resolution: Resolve incidents, problems, and service requests; implement workarounds and corrective actions; produce major incident reports.
• Digital Transformation Support: Assist system integrators with deploying EMS/NMS platforms across primary/secondary data centers in India and globally.
• Patching & Upgrades: Execute BAU patching, upgrades, and hotfixes aligned with change management processes.
• Optimization: Modify software solutions to enhance system performance and customer experience.
• Collaboration: Work effectively with internal/external stakeholders on service delivery objectives.
