Oracle ERP/RMC Security - Senior Consultant/Consultant

Cloudxtreme is seeking two experienced professionals for the Oracle ERP/RMC Security – Senior Consultant/Consultant role. This hybrid position requires on-site presence in Bengaluru, Delhi/NCR, or Hyderabad.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Oracle ERP security, focusing on function security vs. data security within Oracle Cloud ERP.
• Understand the processes for cloning roles versus creating custom roles from scratch.
• Differentiate security mechanisms between OTBI and BIP reports.
• Explain the workflow of advanced access controls (AAC) and advanced financial controls (AFC), including incident generation, assignment, and resolution.
• Perform security assessments, security design, and support security in day-to-day operations.
• Utilize the Oracle Cloud Security Console for managing custom roles, user access, data security context, and profiles.
• Operate and maintain data roles, custom security profiles, Area of Responsibility (AOR) assignments, and HCM Data Loader (HDL) activities.
• Conduct quarterly update impact analysis, provide regression support, perform periodic user access reviews/audits, and support Segregation of Duties (SOD) analysis and mitigation.
• Secure Oracle BI/OTBI artifacts and support authorization changes.
• Work within a ticket-based operate model, managing SLAs, incident/problem management, and root-cause analysis.
• Coordinate with development, functional, business, and information security/risk stakeholders.
• Identify key risks and controls, support SOX readiness/audits, optimize controls, and operate controls within Oracle Risk Management Cloud (RMC).
• Develop clear runbooks/SOPs and manage security change releases, approvals, and cutovers.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 5–7 years of experience supporting Oracle Cloud ERP security in an operate/production support model.
• Deep expertise in FSCM and HCM modules.
• Basic knowledge of security assessments and security design.
• Demonstrated understanding of end-to-end business process flows, cloud security risk, Oracle application security, and risk management cloud.
• Hands-on experience with the Oracle Cloud Security Console.
• Experience operating and maintaining data roles, custom security profiles, AOR assignments, and HDL activities.
• Hands-on experience in quarterly update impact analysis, regression support, user access reviews/audits, and SOD analysis.
• Experience securing Oracle BI/OTBI artifacts.
• Experience working in a ticket-based operate model with SLAs.
• Proven ability to run and sustain controls, including SOX readiness support.
• Strong written/verbal communication, documentation (runbooks/SOPs), and project management skills.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Experience with Oracle GRC/RMC design or operations (AAC, AFC, FRC).
• Implementation experience.
• Broader Oracle Cloud ERP/HCM module exposure.
• Prior consulting experience (including Big 4).
• Automation experience (scripting/tooling) for streamlining operate tasks.
• Troubleshooting/analysis skills using PL/SQL.
