Sopra Steria is seeking an Oracle Fusion Finance ESS Concurrent Job Monitoring Specialist with 4 to 6 years of experience for their Noida, Uttar Pradesh location. This role requires a B.E./B.Tech./BCom/MBA qualification and expertise in at least two Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials modules. The specialist will be responsible for managing, monitoring, and troubleshooting scheduled processes and concurrent jobs within Oracle Fusion Finance applications, ensuring business continuity and timely job execution. Key responsibilities include monitoring Oracle Fusion ESS (Enterprise Scheduler Service) jobs, resolving failures and performance bottlenecks, coordinating with technical and functional teams, and ensuring critical financial processes, such as month-end and period-close, are completed within Service Level Agreements (SLAs). The role also involves incident and problem management following ITIL best practices, supporting change and release processes for ESS jobs, and managing event and alert systems. Collaboration with Finance Business Users, DBAs, integration teams, and Oracle Support is essential. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial period-close processes, ITIL/Service Management principles, and experience with ITSM tools like ServiceNow. Proficiency in Oracle Fusion ESS job monitoring, job scheduling, log file analysis, and familiarity with Oracle BI Publisher, OTBI, and FBDI uploads are required. Basic SQL knowledge and log troubleshooting skills are advantageous. Strong communication, coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills are critical.
