About the Opportunity

EY is seeking Senior level-1/2/3 professionals to join the leadership group of our EY Assurance - Technology Risk Team in Pune, India. This is an exceptional opportunity to become part of a leading firm and play an instrumental role in the growth of a new service offering. You will leverage your expertise in IT environments, industry trends, and ERP and Risk Management technology to develop innovative solutions for clients. Your role will involve assisting clients in assessing, building, and sustaining robust risk management and governance programs, and supporting EY teams in transforming risk functions and implementing leading-practice technology solutions. You will be responsible for the quality delivery of assessments, design, and implementation of controls, security, and IT risk solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver assessments on Oracle Cloud/EBS/EPM/Risk Management Cloud (RMC) client implementation projects, covering areas such as SDLC, Data Conversion, ITGC controls, IT Application/Business Process controls, and Security Design documents.
• Provide quality observations based on standard approaches and practices.
• Actively participate in an innovative and inclusive team-oriented work environment.
• Consistently deliver high-quality client services and work products within expected timeframes and budgets.
• Provide training and knowledge transfer to team members on client delivery baselines and technological updates.
• Stay abreast of current business and industry trends relevant to client businesses.
• Foster relationships with client personnel to analyze, evaluate, and enhance information systems for improved security at procedural and technology levels.
• Assist in cultivating business development opportunities, understanding EY service lines, and identifying ways to serve clients.
• Demonstrate deep technical capabilities and professional knowledge, with the ability to quickly assimilate new information.

Skills and Attributes for Success

You will utilize your proven track record in Oracle Applications, encompassing Business Process, Application Security, and IT General Controls (including tools like Oracle Advanced Controls, Risk Management). Strong project management skills are essential to effectively lead and motivate client engagement teams, providing technical leadership in the assessment, design, and implementation of controls, security, and IT risk solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree with approximately 3-6 years of related work experience.
• Basic understanding of Oracle business processes (e.g., purchase-to-pay, record-to-report, order-to-cash).
• Oracle Fusion Cloud/EBS Experience:
• Experience in Internal Controls within Oracle Applications and their integrations, with a strong understanding of IT application or Business Process controls, IT General Controls, and Interface Controls. Expertise in securing the application and database layer within Oracle EBS/Cloud/EPM/OCI.
• Experience assessing or implementing continuous controls monitoring tools such as Oracle Advanced Access or Financial Controls, Risk Management Cloud.
• Experience implementing and supporting GRC tools like Oracle Risk Management Cloud.
• Experience implementing and supporting at least one Oracle Fusion Cloud or Oracle EBS implementation in a functional role.
• Excellent teaming skills, with the ability to train, coach, and manage staff.
• Willingness to travel to meet client needs, including international travel.
• Good to have: Industry-related certification (e.g., CISA, CPA, CIA, CA). Non-certified hires are required to obtain certification within one year of the hire date.
