Full Job Description
We are seeking an Oracle Field Service Cloud Developer to join our team in Gurgaon/Gurugram. This role involves gathering business requirements and documenting fit-gap analysis for design. You will collaborate closely with IT, business stakeholders, and development teams, providing guidance on Cloud functional application best practices during implementation. Key responsibilities include configuring, integrating, maintaining, and enhancing Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFSC) features to meet evolving business needs.
The ideal candidate will possess strong OFSC techno-functional expertise in areas such as:
- Environment Setup
- System Administration
- Capacity Configuration
- Collaboration Group and Helpdesk User Setup
- Message Scenario Configuration
- Activity Filter Setup for Routing
- Plug-In Configuration and Development
- Daily Extract File Structure Setup
- Routing Automation (Process, Profiles, Plans, Strategy, Visualization, Troubleshooting)
- Capacity/Quota Management
- Analytics and Dashboards
- Integration of OFSC with other Oracle products (OSvC, OEC, OAC, BI, HCM) and mobile apps, ERP, and CRM systems.
- Integration with third-party applications like DocuSign.
You will also manage service requests and coordinate effectively with Oracle Cloud Support. This is a Permanent, Full-Time position within the IT & Information Security department, categorized under IT Infrastructure Services, with a focus on Cloud System Administration. While any graduate or postgraduate degree is acceptable, relevant experience is crucial.
