Sopra Steria is seeking an Oracle Techno-Functional Consultant with expertise in Oracle EBS R12 and Oracle Fusion Financials for their Noida, Uttar Pradesh location. This role is crucial for implementing, configuring, and customizing Oracle Financials modules. The ideal candidate will possess strong data migration experience, combined with technical development and functional configuration skills to meet business needs.

The consultant will collaborate with business users, perform data analysis, manage integrations, and resolve complex technical and functional issues. Key responsibilities include translating business requirements into Oracle ERP solutions, configuring and implementing modules like GL, AP, and AR in both EBS R12 and Fusion Financials, and performing gap analysis. The role also involves providing functional support, assisting with User Acceptance Testing (UAT), training, and documentation. Specific tasks include defining Chart of Accounts (COA), Multi-Currency, Ledger Setup, and reporting requirements, as well as supporting month-end and year-end closing processes.

Technically, the role requires performing data migration from EBS R12 to Fusion Financials, ensuring data accuracy. Responsibilities include developing custom reports using PL/SQL and FBDI/ADFDI tools, designing and implementing integrations between EBS, Fusion Financials, and third-party systems using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), and writing/optimizing SQL queries and stored procedures. Troubleshooting technical issues related to data migration, reporting, and integrations, and developing custom forms, personalizations, and extensions for EBS R12 are also key aspects. Experience with Incident, Problem, and Change Management within ITIL frameworks is expected.

Required qualifications include 5-10 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Financials (EBS R12 and Fusion Financials), with strong expertise in GL, AP, AR. Significant experience in data migration using FBDI, ADFDI, SQL Loader, and API-based strategies is essential. Technical skills in PL/SQL, and experience integrating Oracle ERP with third-party applications and external financial systems are also required. The ability to develop custom reports, dashboards, and analytics using BI tools is necessary. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently are crucial. Preferred certifications include Oracle Cloud Financials or Oracle EBS R12 Financials Certification. The total expected experience is 04-06 years. A B.Tech qualification is required.
